Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a reliable Class 1 Driver to join our Worksop depot team. You will complete deliveries to distribution centres and perform daily vehicle and load checks, ensuring loads are secure before departure.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with start times between 01:00 and 02:00. You will reverse onto loading bays, swap trailers when required, and adhere to road transport and safety regulations. Valid C+E licence and CPC are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience reversing onto loading bays.
• Good understanding of load security and vehicle safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle and load checks, ensuring loads are secure and correctly strapped before departure.
• Deliver to distribution centres, including B&Q and Screwfix.
• Reverse safely onto loading bays, where warehouse staff will unload the trailer.
• Return to the depot with an empty trailer, where you will either be reloaded or complete a trailer swap.
• Complete up to 3 runs per shift.
• Follow all road transport and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.

• Safety boots and a hi-vis vest are required.
