Job summary

GXO is seeking a Class 1 Driver to join our Warrington team. You will work 48 hours per week on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, with start times between 04:00 and 07:00.

The role includes multi-drop deliveries, vehicle safety and compliance, and lifting deck operation as required. Salary is £44,879.00 with benefits including 33 days leave, pension, dental, and GXO University access.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C+E entitlement.
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries with 3–7 drops per day.
• Operate vehicle safely and ensure it is loaded correctly before leaving site.
• Complete documentation accurately per policy.
• Operate automated lift decks as needed.

You will be working 48 hours per week on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, with a start time between 04:00-07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Multi drop deliveries at average of 3- 7 drops per day
• Operating the vehicle in safe and legal manner, guaranteeing it has been loaded correctly prior to leaving site (No Handball Required)
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policy
• Operating automated lift decks as may be required on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
