Job summary

StaffCo Direct Ltd in Lutterworth is seeking HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing trunking and multi-drop work. This role offers immediate starts, weekly PAYE pay, and 7-day operations in a busy distribution network.

Shifts typically run 10–12 hours with 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence for at least 1 year, CPC, and Digital Tachograph card are required. Ongoing bookings provide a steady workload and regular weekly pay.

Responsibilities

StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Day and Night Drivers for ongoing trunking and multi-drop work based in Derby. We are offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised 7-day operation.

Drivers will benefit from a straightforward trunking and multi-drop role with pre-loaded trailers and modern equipment,

Pay Rates (PAYE):

Monday - Friday AM: £17.94ph plus accrued holiday or, £20.10ph including holiday pay

Monday - Friday PM: £18.96ph plus accrued holiday or, £21.24ph including holiday pay

Saturday: £19.47ph plus accrued holiday or, £21.82ph including holiday pay

Sunday: £20ph plus accrued holiday or, £22.40ph including holiday pay

What the role involves:

You will be completing both multi-drop work and trunking work between distribution centres.

The operation runs 7 days per week, with shifts averaging 10-12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 year
• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
