Job summary

Extra Recruitment is seeking an experienced Class 1 Night Driver with refrigeration experience for ongoing work in the UK. The role involves completing 24 drops per shift, night schedules from Tuesday to Saturday, and shifts around 00:00–02:00 start times.

Pay is £22.00 per hour Tue-Fri and £23.00 per hour Saturday, with weekly pay every Friday. This full-time, ongoing contract emphasizes reliability and professional driving standards, with CPC and Tachograph requirements, and a paid holiday

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 (Cat C+E) entitlement.
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience.
• Previous refrigeration experience is essential.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 3 points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 1 (Cat C+E) vehicle.
• Complete refrigerated deliveries to 24 locations per shift.
• Ensure all loads are transported safely and securely.
• Complete vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and records.
• Maintain a professional and reliable service at all times.
