The Best Connection is recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver in Spalding for refrigerated trunk runs to RDCs. The role offers paid breaks and potential temp-to-perm for the right driver.

Shifts are flexible: 5 out of 7 or 4 on 4 off, with ad hoc options. Weekday pay is £15.00/h, weekends from £15.50–£18.32/h, with overtime potential and a subsidised canteen.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• CPC and Digi Tacho Card required.
• Refrigerated experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and reliable approach to work.

Refrigerated Transport | Trunk Runs | Paid Breaks | Staff Shop

We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver for our client based in Spalding. This role involves refrigerated trunk runs to RDC's and offers excellent pay rates with the potential to go temp to perm for the right driver.

The Role:

• Class 1 refrigerated trunking
• Regular runs to RDC's
• Minimal manual handling
• Professional, well-maintained vehicles

Shift Details:

• Any 5 out of 7 OR 4 on 4 off shift pattern OR Ad Hoc - YOU CHOOSE BETWEEN 1 to 6 Shifts

Pay Rates - Monday-Friday

• £15.00 per hour PAID BREAKS

Pay Rates - Weekends

• Saturday Days - £15.50 per hour
• Saturday Nights - £17.00 per hour
• Sunday Days - £16.02 per hour
• Sunday Nights - £18.32 per hour
