Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking reliable Class 1 Drivers for ongoing temporary roles in the Maidstone area. You will operate Class 1 vehicles on planned routes across distribution centres and delivery locations, ensuring timely and safe transport of parcels and freight.

You will carry out vehicle checks, handle loading/unloading, and complete paperwork while adhering to health and safety standards. The role requires a valid UK C+E licence, Driver CPC, and 1 year of HGV experience.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C+E driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no serious endorsements.
• 1 year previous HGV driving experience in logistics or distribution.
• Strong understanding of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
