Job summary

Adapt Logistics Recruitment is sourcing for a driving role in Knowsley, UK. The driver will handle fridge/frozen distribution, with ongoing shifts from Monday to Friday in day or night slots. Training will be provided if you have not previously driven a fridge trailer.

Rates start at £17.00–£19.05 depending on day, with higher weekend/holiday pay (£21.00–£23.53). Breaks are paid and a minimum of 8 hours guaranteed per shift.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 6 months in C&E work)
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
• Enjoy working with people at the stores
• Health & Safety awareness

Our client specialises in chilled distribution (fridge and frozen) food. If you have worked a fridge trailer before great, but if not, don't worry they will train you.

For the right driver this could lead to a permanent job after a qualifying number of weeks. Ongoing shifts. Working Monday to Friday

£17.00 or £19.05 inc hol pay M-F Days

£18.00 or £20.17 inc hol pay M-F Night

£19.50 or £21.85 inc hol pay Sat

£21.00 or £23.53 inc hol pay Sun / BHol

Here is what the clients' criteria is to work here:-
