Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment seeks Class 1 Tanker Drivers to work with a natural spring water supplier in Skelmersdale. You will operate a HGV Class 1 Tanker (Non ADR) and conduct routine vehicle checks, ensuring loads are secured and paperwork is accurate. Night shifts out with a per-night allowance apply.

Applicants should have 12 months of Class 1 experience, UK DCPC, and a valid Digi-Tacho. WTD regulations and site safety procedures must be followed. Immediate starts offered.

Qualifications

• Requires Class 1 Driving Licence and 12 months commercial driving experience.

• Candidates with up to 6 points may be considered if not DD/TT/DR/CD/IN endorsements.

Job Title:Class 1 Tanker Driver (non ADR)

Location: Blackpool

Pay Rate:£18.29 to £24.50 p/h

£18.29 + £2.21 holiday pay = £20.50

£21.86 + £2.64 holiday pay = £24.50.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 06:00 starts - Some nights out required (£25 per night)

Experience:12 months Class 1 essential

Assessment:Yes - required before start (full Tanker training provided)

About you:

You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
