Gist Limited is searching for experienced Class 1 Drivers to support the M&S Group in Hemel Hempstead. This role offers regular hours and a range of attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Record must meet internal safety standards.

The role at a glance

• £24.37 basic per hour
• £29.24 per hour Sat and Sun - (Days)
• £31.68 per hour Sat and Sun - (Nights)
• Location: Hemel
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Rota: Fri - Tues
• Start times: Between 00:00 - 02:00
• Experience: Minimum 18 months' Class 1 driving experience

Additional shift premiums may apply depending on your working pattern.

What you'll be doing

As a Class 1 Driver, you'll play an important role in keeping M&S stores moving and ensuring products reach stores safely, efficiently and on time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Completing planned deliveries to M&S stores
• Carrying out vehicle and safety checks
• Completing all relevant delivery paperwork
• Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules
• Maintaining regular communication with the transport team throughout your shift
• Representing Gist and M&S professionally on the road and at stores

You'll need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
