Job summary

Pertemps Bond is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a busy Hatfield operation. There are day and night shifts available, seven days a week, with regular work and overtime paid at enhanced rates.

You will operate Class 1 vehicles, complete deliveries safely and on time, perform daily vehicle checks, and adhere to all driving procedures. A valid Class 1 licence, CPC, Tachograph card, and at least six months’ experience are required.

Qualifications

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence is required.
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
Good knowledge of UK roads and reliable professional approach.
Able to work safely and meet delivery timescales.

Responsibilities

Operating Class 1 vehicles.
Some handball required.
Completing deliveries safely and on time.
Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
Following all relevant driving and company procedures.

Skills

Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience

Good knowledge of UK roads

Reliable and professional

Safe driving and timely deliveries

Education

C+E Licence (Class 1)

CPC Certification

Digital Tachograph Card
