Job summary

Pertemps Heathrow is recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a leading national logistics provider supporting major UK food manufacturing operations. Flexible, ongoing agency work with immediate starts and monthly rota in advance.

Shifts include day and night schedules. You will be employed as a Class 1 driver, with potential variation in vehicles as needed (Class 2/C). Paid at Class 1 rate, reflecting role flexibility and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Comfortable working both day and night shifts
• Professional, reliable and flexible approach to work
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) and other listed vehicles as required
• Operate with safety and compliance for UK road network
• Maintain professional conduct and reliable attendance

The Role
Although you will be employed as a Class 1 Driver, flexibility is essential. Depending on operational requirements, you may be asked to drive a variety of vehicles including:

• Class 1 (C+E)
• Class 2 (Category C)

All shifts are paid at the Class 1 hourly rate, regardless of the vehicle assigned.
