Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment is seeking a Class 1 Driver for Curtainside trunking work in Cannock. The role requires a Class 1 (C+E) licence with 12 months of commercial driving experience, a valid Digi-tacho and UK DCPC card. You may have up to 6 points on your licence and must be up-to-date with WTD.

Excellent pay rates from £19.00 to £25.00 per hour, with weeknights, Saturdays, and Sundays nights available. Weekly pay and immediate starts are provided, along with full training and career growth

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 1 (C+E) driving licence and have at least 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Must hold a valid UK DCPC card and a Digi-tacho card.
• May have up to 6 points on licence (DD, TT, DR, CD, IN not accepted).
• Must be up to date with Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 1 HGV vehicle.
• Trunking work in a Curtainside trailer.
• Complete transport paperwork accurately.
• Carry out industry standard vehicle checks.

Pay Rate: £19.00 to £25.00 p/h

Hours: Monday to Sunday – Days & Nights available

Licence: Class 1 (C+E) – essential

About you

• Have a Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially

• UK resident and able to travel to and from the site for your shift
