Job summary

Connect Driver Solutions is recruiting a Class 1 Driver for ongoing work with a haulage operator based in Grangemouth. You will deliver to various customer sites in central Scotland and complete delivery paperwork accurately.

Starts early (between 5am and 7am), paid weekly, with a route mix across the Central Belt. This temporary role could lead to permanent employment and requires CPC, a valid Digital Tachograph, and a clean licence.

Qualifications

• Class 1 (C+E) license with at least 6 months driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points on licence; no DR/DD/DG/CD/IN/TT endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Delivering to a range of customer sites across central Scotland.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Keeping to drivers' hours regulations and road safety requirements.

Connect Driver Solutions is recruiting Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work with a haulage operator based in Grangemouth, paying up to £21.45 per hour.

Our client is a long-established operator running general haulage across the Central Belt, with a varied mix of work rather than the same run every day.

What’s on offer?

• Paid weekly at £16.65 to £21.45 per hour
• Monday to Friday, with starts between 5am and 7am

As a Class 1 Driver, your work will include:

• Delivering to a range of customer sites across central Scotland
• Completing delivery paperwork and documentation accurately
• Keeping to drivers' hours regulations and road safety requirements at all times

To be considered as a Class 1 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of six months' experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
