Manpower UK is seeking a Class 1 Driver to join a busy logistics operation in Corby. This temporary role offers a rate of up to £17.00 per hour, with a working pattern of days totalling 50 hours per week.

Immediate starts are available for this position. You will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections safely, performing daily vehicle checks, and maintaining clear communication with the transport office to ensure schedules are met.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• At least 2 years of Class 1 driving experience.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Physically fit for manual handling and loading/unloading duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with the transport office regarding schedules.
• Ensure delivery paperwork and proofs of delivery are completed accurately.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Use driver technology and apps to support compliance and visibility.
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe and roadworthy at all times.

Requirements
