Responsibilities

• Deliver cages into Hobbycraft stores; occasional pallets may occur.
• Return salvage and complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Manage delivery process and paperwork; ensure safety and compliance.
• Handle cage deliveries during day and night shifts.

The Role

As a professional HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties may include:

• Deliveries are primarily caged deliveries to Hobbycraft stores
  • There may be the occasional pallet, but the vast majority of the work is cage-based
• Drivers are responsible for:
  • Delivering cages into the store
  • Returning salvage
  • Managing the delivery paperwork/process correctly
  • Both day and night drivers will physically handle the cage deliveries
  • Night Deliveries – Airlock Process

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
• At least 2years' commercial Class 1 driving experience
• A valid Driver CPC qualification (DCPC)
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service

Our client may accept up to 6 penalty points. Unfortunately, applications with DD, DR, CD, IN or TT endorsements cannot be accepted.
