Job summary

Hiregiant Ltd in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver for a tramp role. Start Monday, back Friday, with nights out. You will operate a curtain-sided trailer and deliver plastics pipes and drainage to client sites.

Role requires at least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience, a valid C+E licence with CPC & Tachograph card, and strong communication and customer service skills. Weekend work may be available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience.
• Experience with curtain-side trailers preferred.
• Ability to operate a pump truck and tail lift safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to clients' customers in a professional manner.
• Operate a Class 1 Curtain Sided trailer for daily routes.
• Maintain paperwork and delivery notes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety and driving regulations.
• Provide high levels of customer service during every delivery.

We're currently recruiting for experienced

Class 1 Driver

to work with a well-established logistics company based in Barnsley. This is a

TRAMPING ROLE

- Start Monday, back on Friday.As a

Class 1 Driver , you'll be responsible for:Delivering goods to the clients customers.

TRAMPING - NIGHTS OUT - NIGHT AWAY - TRAMPER

Operating a Class 1 Curtain Sided trailer

Delivering plastic pipes and drainage which are stored on pallets.

Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately

Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service at all times

05:00 - 07:00

Days:

Monday to Friday (weekend work available)

Shift Length:

10-13 hour days

Pay Rate:

£18.00ph PAYE and £25.00 night out
