Job summary

Pure Staff Birmingham is recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver for Birmingham with ad hoc shifts and potential ongoing assignments. The role involves long-distance trunking, Monday to Friday work, start times between 05:00 and 08:00, and no manual handling.

Class 1 Driver (C+E) | Birmingham | Immediate Start

Pure Staff Birmingham is currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver on behalf of one of our valued, long-standing clients based in Birmingham.

This is a temporary vacancy offering ad hoc shifts with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate. If you’re looking for flexible Class 1 driving work with a reputable employer, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay Rate

• Monday to Friday: £17.50 per hour + Holiday pay accrued at £2.11 per hour

The Role

• Long-distance trunking work
• No handball or manual handling
• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 05:00 and 08:00, finishing upon completion of your route

Requirements

• A valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• A minimum of 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 3 penalty points (no major endorsements)
• A professional, reliable, and punctual approach to work
