Job summary

Blackstone Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Class 1 HGV drivers for ongoing agency work across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Tamworth, Redditch, and Halesowen. We offer regular shifts, flexible hours, and competitive pay with immediate starts.

You will trunk, deliver store items, perform vehicle checks, complete paperwork, and comply with Driver Hours and Tachograph rules while representing our clients professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C+E (Class 1) licence required.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Good understanding of Driver Hours regulations.
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Trunking, store deliveries and general haulage work.
• Safely operating Class 1 vehicles on planned routes.
• Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Managing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Following Driver Hours, Tachograph and Health & Safety regulations.
• Representing our clients professionally at all times.
