Daval Associates in Barnsley is seeking flexible HGV Class 1 Drivers for ad hoc / part-time shifts with store deliveries and a maximum of 5 drops per run.

You choose shifts across the week, including weekends, and can start immediately. Pay rates range from £17.25 to £23.25 per hour depending on time and day, with a £250 welcome bonus after completing 16 shifts. Ongoing work for reliable drivers.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 / C+E licence is required.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 1 year recent Class 1 driving experience.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Maximum 3 licence points, preferably for speeding only.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries - maximum 5 drops per shift.
• Delivering goods safely and efficiently.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and required paperwork.
• Following driver hours, tachograph and Working Time regulations.
• Maintaining a professional standard with customers.
• Supporting depot operations when required.

£17.25 - £23.25 PER HOUR + £250 WELCOME BONUS

AD HOC / PART-TIME SHIFTS | STORE DELIVERIES | MAX 5 DROPS | IMMEDIATE START

Looking for flexible Class 1 work with good rates and manageable delivery runs?

We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing agency work in Barnsley / Darton, completing store deliveries with a maximum of 5 drops per shift.

You choose the shifts that work for you, with opportunities available throughout the week, including weekends.

PAY RATES

• Monday-Friday, 4:00am-1:00pm: £17.25 per hour
• Monday-Friday, before 4:00am / after 1:00pm: £19.25 per hour
• Saturday: £20.25 per hour
• Sunday: £23.25 per hour

£250 WELCOME BONUS

Receive a £250 welcome bonus after completing 16 shifts.

THE WORK

• Store deliveries - maximum 5 drops per shift
