Job summary

Manpower UK in Normanton (WF6) is seeking a Class 1 Driver for a temporary, full-time role with a Monday to Friday pattern. You will operate HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe, professional manner using a modern fleet. ADR is preferred but not essential; CPC and DIGI tachograph are required.

Responsibilities include drop and swap runs across key UK locations, load security and compliance, and maintaining FORS Gold vehicle standards. Competitive weekly pay and pro rata holiday available.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
• Up-to-date CPC and DIGI tachograph card.
• Ideally 12 months experience driving Class 1 HGVs.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence (no DD/DR/IN).
• ADR preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally.
• Complete drop and swap trailer runs between Normanton, Ferrybridge, Burton, Bradford and back.
• Ensure loads are secured and compliant.
• Drive modern vehicles to FORS Gold standards.
