Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting multiple HGV Drivers to join our busy Earls Colne operation in Essex. We have Class 1 and Class 2 roles including tramper and multi-drop work, with permanent, long-term opportunities.

You will need a valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence, CPC, tachograph card and knowledge of driver hours regulations. We value reliability, customer service and a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC qualification card.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Good knowledge of driver hours regulations and Working Time Directive.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide deliveries and collections.
• Tramping work with overnight stays.
• Multi-drop palletised deliveries.
• Groupage distribution work.
• Vehicle safety checks and defect reporting.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
