Hastings Direct is hiring a Claims Product Owner to drive prioritisation and delivery for the Claims Transformation portfolio. You will work with the Claims Transformation Director and project teams to deliver fast-paced change that aligns with business goals.

Ideal candidates will have strong Agile experience, ability to document requirements, write acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience documenting requirements and design.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Own prioritisation and delivery of claims change and backlog.
• Write acceptance criteria and support testing across sprints.
• Collaborate with Transformation Leads and project teams.
• Build expertise in Guidewire within the portfolio of changes.
