Hastings Direct is seeking a Claims Product Owner to lead prioritisation, user stories, and delivery within the Claims Transformation portfolio. You will work closely with the Transformation Director, Delivery leads and project teams to drive a fast-paced set of initiatives.

The role requires Agile experience, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong stakeholder communication. Hybrid work in the UK with a competitive package and 4Cs benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Agile environments and agile methodologies.
• Experience in software/process design and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Guidewire core platform.

Aufgaben

• Own prioritisation, user stories and delivery of change in Claims domain.
• Collaborate with Transformation Directors and project teams on portfolio initiatives.
• Help prioritise product backlog aligned with business and customer priorities.
• Create and sign off acceptance criteria and test scripts.
• Support end-to-end testing including OAT and deployment readiness.
