Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC International in Bridgend, Wales, is seeking a Claims Technician to join a hybrid team. The role handles household and commercial property claims, progressing cases from notification to settlement with care for customer service.

You will work with colleagues, brokers and clients, handling written and phone communications while developing skills and increasing handling authority over time. Training is provided to grow the role.

Responsibilities

• Handling of insurance claims, primarily Property Claims (Household/Commercial).

• Communicate decisions clearly over the phone and in written form.
• Maintain accurate file reserves and ensure FCA guidelines are followed.
• Provide claims support and expertise for underwriting queries.
