We are seeking an experienced Claims Administrator/Handler to join a renowned Global Loss Adjusters firm in their Construction & Engineering Team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Adjusters and collaborate closely with Claims Technicians handling Construction & Engineering Claims.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with office presence in London.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive new claims instructions
2. Set up new claims files
3. Conduct risk screening and triaging
4. Manage the claims lifecycle through to settlement
5. Assist Adjusters with caseloads, manage diaries, and liaise with Insureds, Insurers, and Brokers
6. Contribute to the production of technical reports
7. Ensure compliance with time reporting and billing
8. Handle incoming calls and queries
9. Invoicing
10. Provide general administrative support as needed

About You

1. Experience in Claims Administration, preferably in construction, engineering, or property
2. Interest in construction-related insurance matters and eagerness to learn
3. Organized with an analytical approach and keen attention to detail
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure
5. Excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel
6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Flexibility regarding travel requirements
