We are currently recruiting for a Claims Team Manager to lead our Bond & Specialty Insurance team based in our London office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a group of Claim Professionals handling a diverse portfolio of Professional & Financial lines claims, including Professional Indemnity (PI), Directors & Officers (D&O), Financial Institutions (FI), and Transactional Liability/Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) matters. This role is pivotal to driving the continued growth and evolution of the claims handling function, as the company enhances its propositions and strengthens its market presence.
We’re seeking a confident and inspiring leader with proven expertise in managing professional indemnity and financial lines claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to coach, motivate, and support career growth. Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full-time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company’s discretion.
