Job Description:

We are currently representing an exciting opportunity for a Claims professional to join a leading insurance organization in a pivotal role within their Claims division. This role is focused on overseeing delegated claims partnerships across multiple regions, ensuring service compliance, and providing technical support for various partner arrangements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all delegated claims partnerships adhere to industry best practices, performance standards, and regulatory compliance. They will work closely with internal teams to provide operational support and ensure smooth delivery across first and third-party claims. Strong technical expertise in claims handling, particularly across Financial Lines and Casualty, will be essential.

This position also involves ensuring the effective implementation of a claims risk control and governance framework, alongside regularly measuring and reporting on service performance and compliance through audits and MI analysis. Additionally, the role will include supporting the onboarding of new delegated authority arrangements and being the key point of contact for handling customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of claims handling processes, regulations, and best practices, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. An ACII qualification (or working towards) is desirable, as is proven experience in a similar claims role.
