Job summary

QBE Insurance in Leeds is seeking a Claims Procurement & Outsourcing Controller to join the team. You’ll manage onboarding of suppliers, delegated authorities and outsourced claims arrangements, ensuring governance and due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.

Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance and Finance to deliver strong customer outcomes and commercial value. The role emphasizes governance, contract management and supplier performance, with visibility of management

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, claims, supplier management or outsourced service settings.
• Experience with delegated authorities, TPAs, Lloyd's or London Market beneficial.
• Ability to analyse data and management information to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new claims suppliers, DCAs and outsourced arrangements with due diligence.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments and provide recommendations for decisions.
• Monitor onboarding, governance and audit actions to completion; escalate risks.
• Support regulatory and governance compliance across supplier management and outsourcing.
• Assist in managing supplier relationships including performance reviews and SLAs.
• Analyse management information to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support governance reviews, audits and supplier action plans to enhance performance.
• Draft and administer supplier contracts, renewals and terminations; maintain records.
