Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Casualty Defence Claims Handler to take ownership of a portfolio of EL/PL claims, delivering timely, commercially focused outcomes. This hybrid role can be based from Tamworth or Blisworth, with support from an experienced team and flexible hours.
You will manage claim investigations, liaise with clients and third parties, and negotiate settlements, contributing to effective risk management and client service. Eligible to work in the UK is required.

As a Casualty Defence Claims Handler, you'll take ownership of your own caseload of pre-litigated Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims. From workplace injuries to third-party accidents and property damage, you'll play a key role in delivering timely, commercially focused outcomes while maintaining exceptional service standards for our clients.
This is a hybrid role, which can be based from either our Tamworth or Blisworth office, offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive team.
In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of claims, conducting thorough investigations and working closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
