Harkaye Core Talent Limited is recruiting a Claims Assistant for a well-established claimant law firm in Huddersfield. You will be the first point of contact for new clients, handling calls, gathering information, and recording details in the case management system while assessing claim viability and progression through the legal process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or telephone-based role.
• Experience within personal injury or legal services would be advantageous but is not essential.
• A Law degree, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification is desirable.
