The Team
Claims are at the heart of what Veygo does. We support our customers when they need us the most — when they make a claim. The team supports customers from registration to claim settlement, handling complaints, policy fraud prevention within Data Validation, and Claims Underwriting. It’s an exciting, dynamic environment focused on customer centricity and continuous improvement. Your role will be to provide the best service possible throughout the claims journey, with a focus on making things better for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  1. Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  2. Manage the customer’s claim from notification to settlement, including instructing suppliers, handling Total Loss settlements, and recovering costs from third-party insurers.
  3. Keep customers informed and updated during the claims process.
  4. Manage your own caseload.
  5. Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, and third parties.
  6. Conduct investigations regarding liability and indemnity.

Minimum Requirements

  • Belief in continuous improvement and ability to demonstrate it in your current role.
  • Focus on your own career development.
  • Ability to identify root causes and implement control measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
