This is a 100% home-based role with all necessary tools provided, including a top-of-the-range Apple MacBook and additional screens. You will handle a caseload of Liability claims for MGAs and insurers, primarily Employer’s and Public Liability claims up to £25,000 across various sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure. The role involves negotiating claims to final settlement with full support from a dedicated Claims Support Team.
We welcome applications from Liability or Casualty Claims Handlers with experience in insurance companies, delegated authority at brokers, loss adjusters, or legal environments. You should be self-motivated, well-organized, client-focused, with excellent communication and rapport-building skills, capable of handling difficult conversations with empathy.
The Casualty Manager is flexible regarding working hours, typically 09:00-17:00, but flexible hours are available to accommodate personal commitments.
Salary up to circa £38,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus benefits, including support for professional qualifications. Opportunities for progression are abundant as the company continues to onboard new MGAs.
