QBE in Leeds is seeking a Claims Customer Advisor to support the motor claims team. You will be the first point of contact, recording new incidents and guiding customers through the claims process with timely, accurate updates.
The role offers hybrid working in Leeds and comprehensive training. Prior customer service is welcome but not required, with a focus on empathy, organisation, and effective communication.

The purpose of this role is to support to the claims team to ensure good relations with clients and brokers and that accurate records are established and maintained
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, claims teams, and third parties to effectively and efficiently manage motor claims. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to record and manage new motor incidents while ensuring customers receive timely, accurate and empathetic support throughout the process.
