A leading firm of claims and contract consultants is seeking an experienced Claims & Contracts Manager. This role involves managing claims for warranty, service, maintenance, and repair contracts for wind farms across the UK and EU. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contracts management and claims management, with excellent communication skills. This position is home-based with travel required.

I am seeking an experienced CLAIMS & CONTRACTS MANAGER with expertise in Claims and Contract Administration, ideally also in Quantity Surveying for Warranty, Service, Maintenance, and Repair contracts for wind farms across the UK and in the EU.
This role is based from home, with travel to site and the EU as required.
Experience with Offshore Wind Farms, especially in service and maintenance contracts, is essential. Relevant experience in wind farms, oil & gas offshore projects, or power generation projects is required.
You will be responsible for identifying, notifying, substantiating, and resolving claims within warranty, service, maintenance, and repair contracts.
You will help build claims awareness and competence within the client organization.
You will collaborate with colleagues to prepare and follow up on claims, and promote, guide, train, and raise awareness of claims management.
You should be able to manage yourself and others as required.
The client is a firm of claims and contract consultants based in the EU.
You will be an experienced CLAIMS & CONTRACTS MANAGER with strong experience in contracts management, contract administration, claims management, and correspondence.
You must have experience in issuing contractual notices and preparing claims.
Qualifications should include a degree, potentially an MSc in Construction Law or similar, and ideally chartered status as a Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), with good knowledge of contracts management and claims.
You must be able to work independently and possess excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience with service, maintenance, and repair contracts in wind farms, power generation, or oil & gas projects is required.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Training in the UK or Ireland is preferred.
Salary is negotiable, ranging between £85,000 and £100,000 per annum, plus pension and benefits.
