Markel International Croydon is seeking a talented Claims Business Analyst to join our evolving Customer Solutions Operations team. This role goes beyond reporting, shaping how we use data, governance and operational insight across Claims and Legal Services.

You’ll work with operational leaders and stakeholders, delivering analysis, assurance and recommendations that drive decisions and improve customer outcomes, while supporting governance and Power BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and independent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of operational and claims data to deliver insights.
• Produce governance reports and assurance packs for partners.
• Coordinate peer review programmes and monitor quality standards.
• Present findings to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Support reporting frameworks, governance and automation initiatives.
