• Essential experience in Business Analysis, Operational Controls, Audit or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with KPI reporting.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
