Job Description

Your responsibilities day to day will be:

  • Answer inbound first notification of loss (FNOL) calls from clients.
  • Handle daily email enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to Claims Handlers within the Claims Team.
  • Create new claims files and claim entries, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Service the client promptly and efficiently.
  • Support in the production of claims statistics and in accordance with SLA’s.
  • Maintenance of a diary system for outstanding workload.
  • Prepare and maintain client claims experience records.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask with good attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
  • Previous experience working in an insurance environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Use of the Acturis insurance system (preferred but not essential).
