Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd, Cardiff-based principal contractor, seeks an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering cladding remediation projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate labour, plant and materials, ensuring quality and safety standards across the works.

You will liaise with QS, H&S, ISO and project teams to maintain the programme and deliverables, while building client relations. Relevant cladding/facades experience and CSCS are preferred.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent construction qualification.
• Cladding/facades experience desirable.
• CSCS card required.
• QCQA experience essential.
• SSTS & EWI experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of specified works and workforce to deadlines and budgets.
• Assist with delivery to programme and coordinate requirements with the workforce.
• Co-ordinate labour and material requirements across the works.
• Liaise with project manager/QS/buying to secure orders and deliveries.
• Attend site/management meetings and maintain records and compliant documentation.
