Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead and monitor delivery on a cladding remediation project in London and the Southeast. You will manage foremen and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and align work with budget and programme requirements.

The role requires a strong background in construction site management, RAMS, and QA/QC processes, with excellent coordination across commercial, design and health and safety functions.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and skilled safety knowledge required.
• SMSTS qualification required for site management role.
• Asbestos awareness training is essential on cladding/remediation sites.
• Façade/EWI experience is essential for this role.
• Proficient with MS Office suite including Excel/Word/Project/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and monitor project plans and budgets for the site.
• Direct foremen and subcontractors on site activities and safety.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Design, Quality, and HSE teams.
• Prepare and issue weekly site reports to the Project Manager.
• Maintain QA/QC, records, and compliance with RAMS and regulations.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and programme deadlines.
• Liaise with client staff and stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Attend regular site management meetings and update progress.
• Ensure timely material deliveries and labour utilisation.
• Oversee resident liaison and issue resolution as required.
