Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering on-site works to programme and budget. You will liaise with QS, H&S, ISO, and other managers to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

The role requires experience in construction-related discipline, cladding/facades, and CSCS; NVQ in construction-related discipline is desirable. Strong organisational skills and a valid driving licence are advantageous.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline.
• Background within cladding/facades.
• NVQ in construction-related discipline (in progress OK).

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management of specified works to programme and budget.
• Coordinate labour and material requirements across site teams.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with H&S, ISO and company procedures.
• Attend site management meetings and communicate requirements to workforce.
