Job summary

Lawtech Ltd in London is seeking a capable Site Manager to oversee the delivery of specified site blocks on time and within budget, ensuring safety and quality across the team. You will lead foremen and subcontractors, coordinate with commercial, design & quality, and HSE teams, and produce regular reports for the Project Manager while maintaining rigorous site records.

Qualifications

ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction related discipline.
CSCS card is required; Site Managers Safety SMSTS.
Asbestos awareness; Facade/EWI experience is essential; minimum 4 years experience.

Responsibilities

Create, manage and monitor specified part/s of project plan and associated budget/s.
Management of foremen and other site/sub-contract on-site.
Work closely with Commercial, Design & Quality and Health & Safety departments.
Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standard and in accordance with RAMs.
Ensure works are completed to construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare weekly and monthly client reports and issue to PM.
Manage specified works and workforce to agreed productivity, deadlines and budgets.
Assist the maintenance and building of relationships with all key client staff and stakeholders.
