Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd in London seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver cladding remediation contracts on time, to high quality and within budget. You will lead site teams, manage sub-contractors, and liaise with commercial, design, health & safety, finance and procurement to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong planning and budgeting skills, and a proven track record in major construction projects, particularly cladding work.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline is required.
• SMSTS certification is preferred.
• Asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection and first aid certificates are advantageous.
• Experience with EWI/cladding is essential for this role.
• DSB clearance (DBS check) may be required for certain projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor project plans and budgets with Commercial, Design, Quality and H&S teams.
• Line manage block/assistant/site managers.
• Deliver project to agreed productivity, deadlines and budget.
• Coach and train staff within the remit.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement actions.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships through regular meetings.
• Own all aspects of works management within the remit.
• Support procurement and resourcing for delivery.
• Coordinate labour and material requirements with site teams.
• Ensure quality standards and documentation compliance at all times.
• Attend site/management meetings as required.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and company procedures.
