Job summary

Lawtech Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee delivery of specified site blocks on time and within budget, maintaining high safety standards. You will lead foremen and subcontractors, coordinate with commercial and health & safety teams, and compile weekly site reports for the Project Manager.

Founded over 20 years, Lawtech specialises in cladding remediation and related major contracts across London and the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in construction or equivalent experience.
• CSCS card and Site Managers Safety SMSTS are preferred.
• Asbestos awareness and scaffolding awareness (PASMA) are required.
• Minimum 4 years of site management experience.
• Competent with MS Office suite for daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor project plans and budgets for site blocks.
• Direct and oversee on-site fire stopping works and safety compliance.
• Manage foremen and subcontractors on the site.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Design, Quality and H&S teams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly client reports for the Project Manager.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, programme and deadlines.
• Maintain QA/QC records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Hold weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and supply chain.
• Monitor workforce performance and manage resources to plan.
