Cladding Project Manager: Delivery Leader

Job summary

Lawtech Group in Norwich is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of multi-million-pound cladding remediation contracts, ensuring time, quality and budget targets are met.

You will manage project staff and subcontractors, chair and participate in key meetings, and coordinate with Commercial, Design & Quality, Health & Safety, Finance and Procurement to drive the programme and control costs while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline.
• CSCS card and Site Managers Safety SMSTS qualification.
• Asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection and first aid certificates.
• EWI/cladding experience.
• Programme and project management with Gantt charts and cost tracking.
• DBS checked as required for specific projects.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Project skills; proficient MS Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor project plan and budget with relevant departments.
• Line management of block/assistant/site managers.
• Manage project staff and subcontractors to productivity, deadlines and budgets.
• Support, coach and train staff within your remit.
• Monitor performance through objectives and action plans.
• Build relationships with client staff, stakeholders and third parties with regular meetings.
• Own all aspects of management of works within remit.
• Coordinate labour and material requirements and ensure timely orders.
• Maintain project documentation, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Attend and chair site and management meetings; stay updated on regulations.
