Albion Search is currently working with a regional main contractor to appoint a Project Manager for a cladding/render project in the centre of Cardiff. This is a logistically challenging project located in the city centre, with /businesses situated below the site. Therefore, a Project Manager who is client-facing and capable of building rapport with the /businesses is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing re-clad/render packages on multi-storey blocks.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage Health & Safety
2. Plan and oversee the build programme
3. Liaise with RLO and local businesses
4. Manage trades and sub-contractors
5. Conduct inductions
6. Obtain permits
7. Coordinate with the local authority
8. Oversee the scaffold package in collaboration with the sub-contractor
9. Prepare and review RAMS
10. Ensure the re-clad and render work is completed on time and within budget

Applicants must possess a valid and current SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card, along with the relevant experience outlined above.
