Qualifications

• Experience in ensuring design information is issued on time and compliant.
• Dealing with structural defects or combustible materials during cladding removal.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to the management team.
• Plan, coordinate and design functions from Tender to Post Contract.

Skills

Substantial experience as a Technical Coordinator on residential cladding and façade projects

Good understanding of Fire Remedials, Pre Construction & Tendering

Solid understanding of current legislation and industry best practices

Good understanding of technical aspects of re-cladding

Education

Higher education qualification in Construction Management, Architecture or Interior Design
