Job summary

Build Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager for an immediate-start role in County Durham, leading a major cladding division project. You will own the pre-construction and delivery phases, with responsibility for programmes, procurement, subcontractors and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in cladding/roofing/construction, strong pre-construction capabilities, and a keen commercial acumen to forecast costs and manage variations.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in cladding/roofing/construction.
• Strong pre-construction experience.
• Excellent understanding of programmes, sequencing and project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness including costs, variations, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the project through pre-construction and delivery.

• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication and meet HSE/quality standards.

IMMEDIATE START PROJECT MANAGER CLADDING

County Durham Cladding Division Immediate Start

We re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Cladding Division on a major upcoming converter station project in County Durham.

We need someone commercially astute who can take ownership of the project through pre-construction and delivery, with a strong understanding of programmes, procurement, subcontractors and commercial performance.

The Project

The project involves:

• Eurobond cladding to the walls
• Kalzip roofing
• Significant pre-construction activity ahead of the works commencing

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven Project Management experience within cladding / roofing / construction
• Strong pre-construction experience
• Excellent understanding of programmes, sequencing and project delivery
• Strong commercial awareness able to understand costs, variations, forecasting and project performance
