Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee cladding and facades projects across London, coordinating design, construction and client engagements while ensuring funding compliance and technical standards.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive quality management, governance, and reporting, and deliver projects on time and within budget, with a focus on proactive problem solving and value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within cladding, facades and related works.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards (BSR, H&S, Passive Fire).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse asset data and develop strategic funding solutions.
• Experience in quality management, project documentation and reporting.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
