Job summary

Arte Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for on-site responsibilities in the London Area. You will oversee cladding, façade remediation, refurbishment, and new build projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, procurement and logistics management, and close collaboration with clients and design teams to resolve issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience expediting and ensuring timely delivery of materials and approvals.
• Knowledge of logistics management for construction projects and site deliveries.
• Familiarity with inspection, quality control, and building/fire safety compliance.
• Proven experience managing construction or façade remediation projects in the UK.
• On-site leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; construction software is a plus.
• Chartered or equivalent professional qualifications beneficial.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and willing to be based on-site in the London Area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise site activities and monitor progress against milestones.
• Manage procurement and logistics, review inspections and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design teams, client representatives, and site staff to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
