Job summary

Regen Solutions, a Tier 1 maintenance contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior QS/Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial aspects of modular construction projects across London and Dartford. The role focuses on cost planning, CVRs and procurement management for cladding, facades, EWI and brickslips, with strong commercial oversight and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction with Quantity Surveying qualifications (HNC/HND, BSc or equivalent).
• Proven experience on cladding, facades, EWI and brickslips.
• Experience with CVRs, Bills of Quantities, procurement and subcontract management.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work across site (London) and office (Dartford).
• Excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail.
• Competent in cost reporting, contract administration and project forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of modular construction projects, including cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Produce and maintain Cost Value Reconcililiations (CVRs), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Lead the procurement process, including tendering, bid analysis, negotiation and subcontract appointment.
• Prepare and analyse Bills of Quantities, schedules and tender documentation.
• Oversee commercial management of brickslips, EWI and rainscreen cladding.
• Manage subcontractor accounts including payments, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Support valuation processes, applications for payment, and contractual correspondence.
• Work closely with site teams in London and the commercial/technical teams based in Dartford.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company procedure and relevant legislation.
• Monitor project costs versus budget, ensuring value engineering opportunities are identified and implemented.
• Contribute to risk management and maintain accurate commercial records throughout the project lifecycle.
